Receive Your Posting Message
Register on bgrsguide.bgrs.ca, complete your Preliminary Relocation Assessment, and contact us right away — even before your HHT dates are confirmed. Early contact means more options.
Select Us as Your TPSP
Find Royal LePage Turner Realty in the BGRS TPSP directory and select us as your realtor. Book your House Hunting Trip (HHT) through bgrsguide.bgrs.ca — you're entitled to 5 days + 5 nights plus two travel days.
House Hunting Trip
We'll have properties lined up before you land. We'll brief you on every neighbourhood, school district, and commute — and be available every day of your trip to make the most of your entitlement window.
Offer, Purchase & Possession
We guide you through an offer that works within IRP timelines and your COS date. We invoice BGRS directly — you certify services on your MSW, and we handle the rest through to possession day.
Selling before your move? If you're departing Central NL on a posting, we handle outgoing relocations too. Real estate commission on your sale is also covered through the Core funding account. Call us as soon as you receive your message traffic — we'll coordinate your departure and help maximize your entitlements on both ends.
