Founded by Gaye Turner in 1998, Turner Realty joined the Royal LePage network in 2007. Mike Turner came on board in 2009, and when Gaye and Mike acquired the franchise in 2014, Dwayne Kean — already with Royal LePage — stayed on. Danielle Pike joined in 2015, forming the core of what would become Central NL's top-ranked team. Ashley Bullen joined in 2020, Crystal Hynes in 2021, Matt Wheaton in 2023, and Kayla Tulk earned her licence in 2024.
